Where the sea meets the flame.

When the sun starts to dip and the grill starts to sizzle, these skewers capture the perfect Jupiter evening — surf, turf, and a zesty glaze that ties it all together.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp chili flakes

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.

  2. Whisk olive oil, garlic, lime juice, soy sauce, chili flakes, and honey.

  3. Toss shrimp and steak cubes separately in the glaze; marinate for 15 minutes.

  4. Thread skewers alternately with shrimp and steak.

  5. Grill 2–3 minutes per side for shrimp, 3–4 for steak, basting with remaining glaze.

  6. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime and sprinkle of cilantro.

Pro Tip: Use heat zone separators to control temperature for perfect surf & turf balance — no overcooking the shrimp.
